We are booking 2-3 months out for larger projects. We try not to take on anything further out due to fluctuations in material pricing. We also take pride in finishing the projects we start before we move on to the next! We do have room for small 1-5 day projects in between our larger projects occasionally. Usually, while we wait on the weather or inspections. It never hurts to ask. As we grow we hope we can accommodate everyone's timeframe.

As we are growing we would love to take on more quality craftsmen and women in the trades. We primarily do 80% of the work ourselves. There are occasions when we need reinforcements so we call in our trusted list of experienced subs. We also have an extensive list of plumbers, HVAC, and electricians that we love to work with. We still oversee every project even if we are not doing 100% of the work.

What can we say? We love real estate and may be a little addicted to real estate research. We hope to soon publish articles to help you better understand the ins and outs of real estate investing. Our goal is to help our clients fully understand every aspect of their investment or next home sale or purchase.
